Founded Ocober 15, 1979, Raven Mechanical is a family owned and operated commercial specialty construction company.
Over the years, Raven has continued to grow and take on a wide variety of plumbing, utility and specialty piping projects.
In recent years we have expanded our business into the mechanical arena – Heating, Venting and Air Conditioning.

Tenant Build-Out
Over the past thirty years we have developed a very successful market niche in the area of tenant build-out.
Handling all aspects from design, rough-in, and final trim we have experienced particular success in medical lease spaces.
Not only are we able to handle plumbing and mechanical installations as w do in other projects, but we are also able to act as the prime contractor. This has worked well in many projects in which the plumbing and mechanical systems require the greatest attention and other trades can easily be coordinated around the plumbing and mechanical systems.
We handle projects ranging from dental offices to surgical centers and ADA renovations.

Service & Repair
Our service department stays online 24 hours per day to handle the various plumbing and HVAC service requests and emergencies of our clients.
Our technicians are fully licensed for our clients’ protection, and each takes great pride in his profession and quality of work.
Armed with fully stocked service vehicles and a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from our in-house continuous improvement training programs, our service technicians are perfectly suited to take care of the various needs of our customers with professional attention to detail.
Design & Fabrication
At Raven Mechanical we’re trying harder to improve the level of quality and services that we provide our clients.
One such way is through our design-fabrication department. We work closely with design professionals on plumbing, process piping, HVAC, and site utility systems to meet the building and budget requirements of the client.
Once a project has been designed, we then run the complete design package through a pre-fabrication process. We first determine which parts of a project are best suited for pre-fabrication. Our designers then utilize the latest advanced technologies of AutoCAD as well as other third-party design software to generate three-dimensional fabrication drawings for use in our fabrication shop.
This process also integrates quite well with Building Information Management (BIM) systems in conjunction with other trades.
Our draftsmen work under the direct supervision on an experienced management team to help ensure quality control.
After a system has been pre-fabricated it is then prepared for shipping to the job site.
Pre-fabrication allows us to maintain tighter quality control, increase productivity, and reduce exposure on the job site.
In addition to various project specific advantages to our pre-fabrication system, our fab shop crews enjoy the benefits of working in a controlled environment with organized production tables and equipment all suited at proper working height.
