History

Raven Mechanical was incorporated in the State of Texas in October, 1979 to serve the Houston and the Gulf Coast area of Texas. In July, 2001, Raven converted its status in the State of Texas from a corporation to a Limited Partnership. Raven is based in Houston with its corporate offices at 1618 Buschong, just minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Raven’s site includes four acres, which houses 6,200 square feet of office space with an additional 15,000 square feet of warehouse and fabrication facilities.

Raven Mechanical is a full service mechanical contractor with current and completed projects in the plumbing and HVAC areas of construction. Raven's primary thrust is in commercial construction while maintaining a service fleet available on a 24 hour basis. Our team of estimators/project managers is experienced in all phases of mechanical construction and at the client's request, participates in numerous design/build projects. This expertise extends to value engineering in order to maintain a quality installation within budget guidelines. The Raven Mechanical staff performs over 90% of its work, while subcontracting the sheet metal, insulation and the controls portion of its contracts.

From the use of our CAD department, the FAB Shop and quality trained technicians in the field, Raven Mechanical keeps itself in position for new opportunities. Our contracts have ranged from the very smallest to as large as $4 million in size and have given this firm solid experience in the construction of medical projects, such as hospitals, clinics, professional offices and labs. Also included in our work history are projects such as schools, churches, industrial projects and multiple housing facilities.
